HomeOpenly utilizes Privacy by Design as its core design methodology in order to provide all Users with an open real estate marketplace experience.
  • 100% User privacy is the default setting for any information you provide to us. Service proactively does not sell or share leads with anyone other than the User's intended recipient. Only the User is able to select Real Estate Agents they like and send their leads directly. Real Estate Agents can only share leads within their own organization.
  • Service does not collect referral fees - all leads are absolutely free.
  • Service never audits User's real estate transactions in any capacity. Real Estate Agents do not report or are required to report any information on the transaction that has been originated by the Service.
  • Service provides 100% functionality to all Users, regardless if a Real Estate Agent had purchased any optional features.
  • Service matching algorithm is 100% impartial, regardless if a Real Estate Agent had purchased any optional features.
  • Service utilizes end-to-end security with HTTPS encrypted protocol for all Users.
  • Service develops and maintains all features with an overall principle of transparency and an impartial user-focused approach.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

HomeOpenly is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access and collect information that you voluntarily give us via web forms or other direct contacts from you.

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. Information provided by individuals interested in buying (the “ Home Buyer) or selling (the “Home Seller”) for a property will be shared only with Real Estate Agents that you as a Home Seller or a Home Buyer was expressively select.

When you submit information to the Site as a Home Seller or as a Home Buyer, we match your request and provide an ability to send an electronic lead to a Real Estate Agent with whom you can begin to negotiate for possible representation. In order to use the Site, Home Sellers and Home Buyers must either create a username and password or proceed as a guest. During registration, all users are required to give the correct contact information such as name, email address & phone number. We use this information solely to help match you with an appropriate registered Real Estate Agents as well as statistical analysis, advertising and any aggregated information determined by HomeOpenly and any of our partners and advertisers, present or future.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number provided on our website:

  • See what data you have provided to us if any.
  • Change, update and correct any data that you have provided to us.
Sharing

HomeOpenly shares aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers, however, any partners and advertisers are required to follow expressive contact preferences you have given to us.

Security

HomeOpenly takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the Site, your information is reasonably protected both online and offline without any warranty, expressed or implied.

HomeOpenly does not currently store any payment information on our computers/servers. We use third-party service (PayPal) to process all payments, effectively eliminating the threat of your payment information being stolen or hacked on our own computers/servers. HomeOpenly intends to keep this policy, but in the future reserves the right to change it under the following conditions:

  • Wherever we collect sensitive payment information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
  • While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your payment information offline. Only company staff who needs the payment information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to payment identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable payment information are kept in a secure environment.

HomeOpenly uses HTML 5 local session objects (LSOs) and may use "cookies" on this site. A cookie or LSO is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to the Site and identify repeat visitors.
